We rely on both dues and donations to support our programs.

• Contributions to support LWVODC's programs can be included on the same check with membership dues or made payable on a separate check. These contributions are not tax deductible. The check should be payable to LWVODC
• Contributions to the LWV Citizen Education Fund, which is a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible and must be payable on a separate check. The check should be made payable to LWV CEF.

You may make a non tax-deductible donation or a tax-deductible donation to the League on-line. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE ON-LINE DONATIONS TO THE LEAGUE.

Non-Tax Deductible Donations. These donations are used to support LWVODC's action priorities.

Tax-Deductible Donations to the LWV Citizen Education Fund.

The Citizen Education Foundation (CEF) is the 501(c) (3) citizen education and research arm of the League of Women Voters of North Carolina. CEF provides research, publications, and forums on public policy issues. It can be used to disseminate information and provide training to help citizens be thoughtfully engaged in the democratic process. It can also help pay per member payments to support the LWVUS educational work. CEF funds may be used only for educational activities, not for advocacy or action.
