Municipalities pick up residential garbage from single family homes, weekly at curbside. Do not put yard waste, household hazardous waste or any recyclable material into regular garbage. Yard wastes should be left unbagged at curbside for separate pickup. Call for information on disposing of bulky items. In unincorporated areas, garbage pickup is by private contractors, or residents may dispose of garbage, yard waste, and separated recyclables at the Solid Waste Convenience Centers.
